Information sharing with subcontractors in support of service delivery is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Altio Studio acts primarily as a service provider and data processor when configuring systems for clients. Clients remain the data controllers for personal information stored in their systems and are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with privacy and electronic communications laws, including CASL.
